Fokker D.VII 679/18, Musee de l'air et de l'espace, Le Bourget, Paris, 10 May 2005 1. Very successful fighter which entered service in May 1918. Some 3,300 had been built by the end of the war on 11 November 1918, when some 775 were in service. The Armistice required them all to be surrendered. Several have been preserved, including the two seen here at Le Bourget and Hendon.
