'Sir Handel', Abergynolwyn, Thurs 25 August 2011. The loco is in fact Talyllyn Rly No 3 Sir Haydn, originally Corris Rly No 3. It is an 0-4-2ST, built by Hughes (323 / 1878) at Loughorough in the Falcon Works, future home of Brush Traction. The headboard commemorates the creator of the 'Thomas the Tank Engine' stories, who was a member of the Talyllyn Rly Preservation Society for many years.
