![Yard No 86 [ Ferret ], Sylfaen, 27 May 1975. Hunslet 0-4-0DM 2251 / 1940 runs into the siding. The Earl is just visible at right at the head of its train back to Welshpool. At the time of this photo there was no run round loop at Sylfaen. The Hunslet drew trains back towards Welshpool, releasing their loco to run into the siding. The Hunslet then pushed the train back into the station, and the loco attached to the Welshpool end.
