37 photos of night activity at Citadel station, concentrating on the Caledonian Sleepers and their class 47 haulage via Dumfries while the WCML was closed for repairs to Lamington viaduct. It had been damaged by Storm Frank on 31 December, and did not reopen until 22 February.

156487 & 153378, Carlisle, Fri 15 January 2016 - 0341. 142039 was stabled behind the 156, and 158851 behind the 153. The Tyne Valley line had been closed since 7 January by a landslip between Prudhoe and Hexham. It had also been closed between 27 and 30 December by a landslip near Haydon Bridge.
