Bienvenu au CF Baie de Somme! St Valery Canal, Sat 26 May 2012. The 14km line runs in a horse shoe from Le Crotoy, on the north side of the bay, to St Valery, on the south side. Trains reverse and change locos at Noyelles, where the line meets SNCF's Abbeville - Boulogne line. There is also a long but little used branch from St Valery to Cayeux. The line is metre gauge, though the Noyelles - St Valery section is dual metre and standard gauge. As can be seen, the Baie de Somme is twinned with the Kent & East Sussex in England.
