50 photos of this diesel tour. It was hauled from Dublin via Kilkenny to Waterford by 078. It returned via Limerick Junction behind two of the last operational "Small GMs", Nos 171 & 141. All the Small GMs have since been withdrawn.

Limerick Junction looking south, 8 May 2009 - 1644 The Comeragh finally gets the road towards Limerick across the Dublin - Cork line. It will reverse into platform 1 (left) to gain the Dublin line in the right foreground. The wall of the long gone engine shed is at left; the South Box is just visible in the distance.
